FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does receipt numbering work?

Each Jamaat configures its own official receipt prefix (such as BPL-2026/ or REW/REC/). The system automatically generates sequential numbers and supports printing and reprinting.

Can Mumineen see their own receipts and pending dues?

Yes. When Mumineen sign in to GoMumin, they see only their own household’s Sabeel status and payment history with printable receipt records, without access to anyone else’s records.

Does it support bank reconciliation?

Yes. The system includes a PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) and Bank Reconciliation module to match bank deposit statements against daily office cash and online collections.
