How does our Jamaat office get started?
Getting started is straightforward. Request a live demo through our contact form. Once provisioned, your Jamaat receives its dedicated address (e.g. yourcity.jamaatcloud.com), and we help import your existing member register and configure your initial receipt numbering.
Can our office staff only see specific modules?
Yes. The system uses strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with granular permission keys. Your accountant will only access Maliyah and receipts, while FMB coordinators only access the thali kitchen tools.
Do Mumineen have to download an app from Google Play or App Store?
No. GoMumin runs directly inside any mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) as a fast web application. Members simply log in with their ITS credentials and can bookmark or pin the app to their home screen.
How are FMB thali counts adjusted before cooking?
When a member marks "Skip Thali" in GoMumin, it lands in the skip-thali report the FMB office works from. The kitchen can see how many thalis to prepare for the day, which helps cut over-preparation and food waste.
